Two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of neck mass ( 60 cases analysis)

This group of misdiagnosed in 9 cases, 5 cases are misdiagnosed as tumor nodular goiter , l adenomas were misdiagnosed as nodular goiter , although the front and from the histopathological analysis on the sonogram showed two difference , but sometimes the performance of two very similar sonographic and sonographic difficult to make the adenomatous nodules and the differential between follicular adenoma , resulting in misdiagnosis ,ugg botas, and the other l cases of carotid body tumor misdiagnosed as malignant tumors , carotid body tumor is a chemodectoma .
