Alternative for Ulthera (skin tightening laser)?

I had a skin tightening laser called Ulthera (Ultherapy) early this year. It is expensive and I don't think I can afford it again. Also the result didn't seem last as long as I expected. Does anyone know any other treatment that is effective and less expensive? I also heard about the tool to tighten facial skin. Anyone knows?
